The term MODERN ART ROUTE refers to the unique museum landscape of the Lower Rhine/Netherlands border region, with its wealth of art, culture and magnificent scenery. Generally speaking, all the museums show classical modern art and contemporary art in their own collections, while also presenting them in regular touring exhibitions.

The project CROSSART is supported by both Northrhine Westphalia and Provincies Overijssel, Gelderland und Limburg.
