Project Organisation
The development of a citywide strategy for sustainable urban development is carried out in an integrated, cross-sectorial and open-ended approach.
The working structure established for this project consists on the one hand of a project management as well as a further supporting nine-member project team placed in the urban development department. On the other hand, it consists of common task forces in order to integrate the various departments and their expertise in this process.
