Duisport, Europe´s largest inland harbour, is 250 kilometres away from the coast. A trip around the harbour is undoubtedly one of the city´s main attractions. It is a fascinating experience to glide past warehouses as big as football fields, ocean-going ships, towering cranes and loading pontoons, view the traffic on land and water and observe world-wide trade in action at first hand.
