Where can I park at the museum?
The museum and the museum restaurant have their own parking lot directly behind the building. Additional parking bays are located across from the entrance. Two bus parking lots are located in the immediate vicinity.
In which languages can I book a tour?
In Dutch, English, French, Spanish, and Russian. Please remember to reserve your desired date as early as possible.
How far ahead do I have to book a tour?
If you would like to book a group tour, you should book at least two weeks in advance. This way, you ensure that you get a tour on your desired date. If time happens to be in short supply, we will naturally still try to organize something for you.
Can we participate in a public Sunday tour as a group instead of booking a tour?
As a small group or as a family: no problem. But the public Sunday tours are intended for individual visitors. We plan the assignment of our tour guides accordingly. If you wish to take a tour of the museum with a larger group, please book this in good time with visitor service.
How can I receive regular invitations and/or posters to exhibits?
Send us an email or a fax, write us a letter, or call us. In addition, there is a list on the information counter in the foyer. We would be happy to put you on the mailing list.

Can I also pay the admission for the museum ships in the museum?
There are no mutual admission tickets for the museum and the museum ships. Please pay the separate admission for the museum ships to the cashier onboard the "Oscar Huber".
Is it possible to book a harbour tour in the museum?
You can book a harbour tour for your group within the scope of our combined packages - in combination with a museum tour and restaurant visit.
